Download, print, complete and bring the following enrollment forms to the school office located at 23914 S. Alma School Road, Chandler, AZ 85248. Early Registration for current church and school families begins Monday, February 8th, 2010. Registration is then open to the public beginning February 15th, 2010. Enrollment forms may be submitted by mail before the enrollment period opens. Students are placed on a lottery system the first day and first come, first served thereafter. Please note – because information becomes outdated so quickly, current school families must complete all forms even though some forms may currently be on file.
