Enrollment

The enrollment period begins the opening day of Chandler Public Schools and ends the day before the opening day of the following year.  In order to be registered, we must have the completed enrollment packet, including a copy of the child’s immunizations and birth certificate, and the registration fee.  Each year, children must be re-registered.

Re-enrollment is not automatic and spaces will be filled on a first come basis.  Registration fees are non-refundable.  Risen Savior offers a time period for current families to enroll and reserve their spot before opening up registration to the public.

Please provide one week written notice to the office when unenrolling your child.  If a child is absent for one week without notice to the office or tuition is not paid by Friday, the child will be considered unenrolled.

Vacation
Payment of tuition is not required for up to two weeks each year provided Risen Savior is given 2 weeks written notice.  The year runs approximately with the school’s calendar and is defined as August 1st through July 31st.  To qualify as vacation time, the vacation must be taken in a one or two week time periods.

Tuition
Weekly tuition is due on Friday for the next week of service.  Monday is a grace period and late fees of $5 per day begins on Tuesday and accrues until the tuition is paid. Weekly tuition is not refundable.

Late Payment Fee
If tuition is not paid after the second day of the week, a $5.00 late fee will be assessed for each day the payment is late.  If tuition is not received by Friday for the week due, the child will be unenrolled.

Late Pick-up Charge
Children who are picked up after 6:00 pm will be assessed a $1.00/minute late charge.  Children who are picked up late three times within a one year period will be unenrolled.

Illnesses / Absenteeism
Tuition is due even if your child is not in attendance as a result of illness or other absence.  This includes long-term absences such as the flu or minor surgeries.
