Greetings!
The title for our new series might well have been spoken by our Savior himself: “I Love My Church.” That’s why he blessed it with a Reformation, which we celebrate today.

 Commitment Cards
The grace-filled outpouring of generosity last Sunday is testimony of the Holy Spirit’s work in our midst; God’s blessings to all who made a commitment. Commitment cards will be found in the pew racks for weeks to come, and may be placed in the offering plate.

 Love Your Marriage Excel Group
Sundays 8:50am Church Library
A new small group gathers to focus on marriage on Sundays. Amy Cesolini and Crystal Jaso are the group leaders and welcome individuals or couples to join them. What to do with the kids? They can go to Sunday School while you’re in group, and then you can attend worship at 10:10 as a family.

Every other Thursday, 9:00-11:00am Multipurpose Room
Join an Excel Group for women exploring the book of Philippians: joy, eagerness, humility; trust in Christ alone for righteousness. Next meeting is Nov. 3. Contact Maryann Wolf for more detailed information.

Tickets for Fall Festival are on sale in the school office and will
also be available Sunday Oct. 23 between services. $5 admission/activities, $2 Floridino’s pizza slice and drink. Adding to the festivities this year is the Scholastic Bookfair in the modular building behind the Fellowship Hall, Oct. 26-Nov. 2.

Please submit prayer requests to prayers@rslcs.org. These are published each week in the Sunday News & Notes and send out via email the Friday prior. If you’d like to join the prayer email list, also email prayers@rslcs.org.
